We are currently looking for a strong Second Stewardess to join a 60m+ Motor Yacht. This is a private vessel, which is single-season and has a shadow vessel that follows them. The vessel is currently located in Turkey, which is where you will join them and will head to the yard in February for their 5-year survey before heading back to Turkey and carrying out the summer season. As the Second Stewardess, you will be working as part of an interior team of 4 in the winter and 5 in the summer season. You will work closely with the Chief Stewardess, being her right-hand lady and assisting with the training and guidance of the Junior Stewardess. We are looking for someone who has 2-3 years of experience already in the industry and has already a season behind them working as a Second Stewardess on a similar size boat. We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and has good time management skills.

We are currently looking for a Stewardess to join a brilliant 50m motor yacht, which is privately used. To be considered for this role you MUST be available to join the boat by the 20th of January and have a B1B2 visa in hand. In addition, you will also need to have at least a full season of experience behind you, working on the same vessel. As the Stewardess, you will be working closely alongside an interior team of 3, the Chief Stewardess and the Second Stewardess. You will find yourself rotating throughout the whole of the interior. Our Sister Company Personal Staffing... personal-staffing.com currently have an exciting position for a Live-out Butler based in Central London.
You will be working in a fully staffed private penthouse. This is the Principal's primary residence and they spend most of their time here when they are in the country. Your role will predominately be service, provisioning, stock taking, and packing/unpacking from any travel. Children are living in the residence, and each has their own Nanny. There are 2 dogs so, we are looking for someone dog-friendly. The family is not highly demanding and can be quite relaxed on occasion so someone comfortable with this environment is a must. Previous experience as a Butler would be great but if you have a strong hospitality or yachting background, we will also consider your application.
Please read the shift options below, which will be allocated on a rota schedule, and you will be expected to work every 3rd weekend. There is also the expectation that you will be able to work in the principal's secondary residence if required.

Lead Stewardess - CC6559 - 40m Motor Yacht

Looking for that next step? Keen to commit to a vessel with extremely good crew longevity onboard? We are recruiting for a Lead Stewardess to join a 40m Motor Yacht. This is a wonderful vessel with an exploration itinerary. You will join the boat in Florida before crossing over to the Caribbean in April, you will then head up to Alaska for the summer. Winters are Central America-based. To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who has previously spent at least one year onboard the same vessel. This is a busy 35m charter that is currently in Spain. The vessel will spend this upcoming summer in the Mediterranean and the winter of 2024 will be spent in STP for a short yard period. The vessel is currently located in Europe in the yard and will be heading to the UK at the end of January, before starting the summer in May, where they will cruise Norway and the Mediterranean. For the winter of 2024, the vessel will have a quick warranty period before crossing to the South Pacific. Cook/Stewardess - CC6540 - 25m Sailing Yacht

We are currently looking for a Chef/Stewardess to join a lovely private and lightly chartered 25m Sailing Yacht. This is a couple's position only with a Captain - CC6541
This is a dual-season vessel based in the States for the summer and the Caribbean for the winter. For this reason, you must hold a B1/B2 visa. The vessel has charters booked for the New Year and the beginning of January, but as of yet there are no more charters booked in, but will be used frequently by the owners for trips ranging from 10 days - 3 weeks. For this position, we are looking for a confident and capable Chef, catering for a crew of 3 and up to 6 guests, including 1 small child. Whilst on charter, all food is plated, 3-course meals and you are expected to work to a high standard. Although the owners aren't big foodies, they still enjoy 2 course-plated evening meals and lots of nutritional and healthy food.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the interior, rotating between service, housekeeping and laundry. You will only have 1 cabin to turn up and down when the owners are onboard but a high standard is still expected.

Role & Responsibilities
We have an exciting new role for a Crew Cook/Stewardess to join a 30m Sailing Yacht on a Permanent basis and you will be joining them in Europe by the 1st of February. This vessel is private and has quite a quiet program with the owner only using it 6 weeks of the year, often during the summer season. Although this is a single-season vessel that bases itself in Spain for the winter, there is the potential for plans to change, so we need someone flexible who is happy to potentially work dual season. You will be joining the vessel in the yard to finish off, before heading to the Med to start the summer season. As the Crew Cook/Stewardess, your responsibility will be to manage the whole of the interior, from housekeeping, laundry and service. In regards to the cooking, you will be cooking for a crew of 4, and catering for one vegan. When the boss is onboard, he will bring his own chef, and the crew will become 5. We are looking for someone with at least a year of experience behind them, sailing experience is a bonus but not essential. We are looking for someone comfortable managing the whole interior, who also has a love for cooking and will be happy to cook for the crew. We have a new exciting opportunity for a House Manager to join a private residence in Chelsea, London. We are looking for someone who is going to be quite hands-on and build a good relationship with the owners, owners EA and local suppliers. Whilst you are not responsible to clean the property you must be able to organise housekeeping staff, service staff, private chefs and of course, manage contractors who need to attend to the property for maintenance and repairs. You must have a good eye for detail, ensuring flowers and provisions are purchased.
This position would suit someone who is looking for a land base life in London alongside working for a great family. We are currently looking for a Sole Engineer to join a lovely 35m+ Sailing, private yacht. This winter they are based in Italy where you will be joining them and will complete a summer season cruising around the Mediterranean. There are plans for the vessel to go further afield later next winter although nothing is confirmed as of yet. To be considered for this role, you MUST be a sailor, whether that is previous experience on a boat or recreational sailing, this is essential, We are looking for a sailor with excellent engineering skills, and confidence around all engine room operations and maintenance, the vessel has CAT engines and as well as strong engineering you will need to be good with electrical works and hydraulics. This is a busy working environment and you will be overseeing contractors. Sole Chef - CC6496 - 33m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sole Chef for a 33m Motor Yacht.
This is a single-season vessel, which doesn't officially start until March, but there is the opportunity for some ad hoc work at the owner's house over the winter.
As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for cooking for the 6 crew and up to 8 guests. The owner is a big foodie and has very high standards, so someone with a lot of experience and who is confident in a diverse range of cuisines is a must. You will need to provide variety, quality and fresh dishes while adhering to different service types. The previous Chef was on board for 12 seasons, so they would love someone who is looking to build longevity and become a long-standing member of their team.
The successful candidate MUST hold an EU passport.

Sole Chef - CC6494 - 35m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Sole Chef to join a 35m Sailing Yacht. (This is a couple's position with a Captain CC6493)
This is a private and charter vessel with an exciting itinerary, single season and will do a winter yard period in Villanova from February 2024. As the Chef you will be fully responsible for all aspects of the galley department catering for 5 crew and up to 7 guests. You will need to be confident in delivering a variety of service types, and cuisines while adhering to dietary and allergy requirements. The owners onboard this vessel are big foodies and enjoy food freshly made, healthy and vibrant. You will also be in charge of menu planning, budgeting, provisioning, inventories etc.

Captain - CC6493 - 35m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Captain to join a 35m Sailing Yacht. (This is a couple's position with a Chef. CC)
This is a private and charter vessel with an exciting itinerary, single season and will do a winter yard period in Villanova from February 2024. As the Captain, you will need to hold your Master 200 as a minimum. Your responsibility will include commanding the yacht and navigating safe passages throughout the Mediterranean. You will also be in control of the overall safety, crew management and budget. You will be responsible for organising winter refit projects, taking the vessel through surveys, and adhering to all international maritime regulations. The vessel runs with 5 crew, so good clear communication and leadership are required in order to maintain crew morale and retention. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience working on a similar-sized vessel, career driven, motivated, organised and personable with a good proven track record and excellent references.

Deck/Engineer - CC6480 - 60m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a 2nd Engineer/Deckhand to join a 60m Sailing Vessel.
This is a single-season, private yacht based in Italy for the winter. Your role will be split each season. You will be more of a Deckhand during the summer months and the 2nd Engineer during the winter months. When working in the engine room, you will assist the Chief Engineer with all engineer operations making sure everything runs smoothly. When on deck, you will be responsible for all sailing operations, deck maintenance, tender driving and watersports. You will need to have extensive tender driving skills and a licence is favourable as well as a Yachtmaster offshore. We are looking for someone who is career-driven, motivated and a keen sailor!
